We design AI as intelligence that resonates — with people, with culture, with place. Not a replacement for human judgment, but an amplifier of it. Not a mirror that flatters, but a presence that deepens understanding.

Data belongs where it was created. Whenever possible, processing stays on-device — within the local environment, close to the person it came from. We do not collect what we do not need.

データは可能な限り、生まれた場所の近くで扱う。収集しない設計が、最も誠実な設計だ。

• External data transmission is minimal and purpose-bound.
• Access permissions are managed strictly on both device and server.
• Anonymization and minimization by default — not as an afterthought.

Data should be held only for as long as it is needed. Memory is a design choice, and so is forgetting. We design systems that can retain context without keeping more than the relationship requires.

必要な期間だけ扱い、不要になった情報は残さない。
記憶することと、忘れることの両方を設計する。

We tell you what the AI is doing, why, and where it might be wrong. We do not dress uncertainty in confidence. We do not make AI feel omniscient when it is not.

誤解を招く表現は避ける。ユーザーがAIを正しく"解釈"できる環境をデザインする。

AI should suggest, not decide. It may support judgment, reveal alternatives, and reduce friction — but it must not remove the person from their own choices.

AIは決定を代行するのではなく、判断を支える。

We build to the standards of the communities we serve — legal, cultural, and human. Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling.
